Возникла ошибка MP на одном из секондари сайтов в регионе:

mpcontrol.log
Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 80 with an error code.
Http test request failed, error code is 12029.
Оказался остановлен Default Web Site – запустил и все работа возобновилась.
mpcontrol.log
Call to HttpSendRequestSync succeeded for port 80 with status code 200, text: OK
Http test request succeeded.

Возникла вдруг ошибка работы MP на одном из секондари сайтов ЫССЬ в регионе, а в частности в запуске пулов в IIS (Application pool, IIS), были вот такие вот ошибки.
mpcontrol.log:
Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 80 with status code 503, text: Service Unavailable

Возникла ошибка с MP связанная, в логе mpcontrol.log:
Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 12345 with an error code.   – 12345 example(пример)
Http test request failed, error code is 12029
Переустановил MP, так как перезагрузка не помогала и перезапуск служб IIS и SMS.
Нашел правда еще решение, но мне оно как то не в тему в данный раз [...]

Возникла ошибка MP, в логе mpcontrol.log:
Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 80 with status code 500
В гугле вариантов решения масса, я воспользовался ребутом. Перезагрузил и все стало гуд.
Почему возникла ошибка не узрел.
